node 26.13.0 released

Node.js 26.13.0 has been released, marking the entry of the 26.x line into Long Term Support (LTS) under the codename 'Lithium'.

This LTS designation means the version will continue to receive updates until the end of April 2029.

Aside from updating metadata, such as the `process.release` object, to reflect its LTS status, this release contains no further changes beyond those present in Node.js 26.12.1.

Developers upgrading from older LTS releases, like Node.js 24 or 22 or earlier, should note a dependency change.

Since Node.js 25, the official binaries for Linux have been linked against libatomic, which might necessitate a separate installation depending on the specific Linux distribution being used.

Separately, Node 24.22.2 has also been released, bringing several dependency commits.

These commits include V8 backports from Eliau Elkouby, Jakob Linke, and Marja Hölttä, alongside a cherry-pick from Victor Gomes.

Additionally, the stream functionality received an update from Matteo Collina to maintain the async context of parked writes.
