Angular 20.3.35 and 21.2.26 released, fixing downgraded component template compilation

A fix was introduced allowing only the template contents of a component to be compiled when it has been downgraded, as evidenced by the commit 59ee277941.

This refinement is part of the ongoing updates to the framework, with the release of angular 20.3.35.

Furthermore, a similar correction, also concerning the compilation of template contents for a downgraded component, was pushed in the angular 21.2.26 release, tracked by commit bc74d72035.

These releases provide developers with updated tooling and stability enhancements within the Angular ecosystem.
